【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestoelectronicindirecta.c.convertersystemswithelectricalenergystoragemeansinthed.c.link.Theprimaryfunctionoftheuninterruptiblepowersystem(UPS)coveredbythisstandardistoensurecontinuityofanalternatingpowersource.Theuninterruptiblepowersystemmayalsoservetoimprovethequalityofthepowersourcebykeepingitwithinspecifiedcharacteristics.Avarietyofuninterruptiblepowersystemshavebeendevelopedtomeetconsumers'requirementsforcontinuityandqualityofpowerfordifferenttypesofloadsoverawiderangeofpower,fromlessthan100Wtoseveralmegawatts.RefertoannexesAandBforinformationonsomeofthetypesavailable.Thisstandardappliestoelectronicuninterruptiblepowersystems(UPS):a)deliveringsingle-orthree-phasefixedfrequencya.c.outputvoltage;b)withenergystoragedeviceinthed.c.linkifnototherwisespecified;c)withratedvoltagenotexceeding1000Va.c;d)movable,stationaryand/orfixedequipment.ThisstandardalsoincludesthemethodofspecifyingallpowerswitchesthatformintegralpartsofaUPSandareassociatedwithitsoutput.Includedareinterrupters,bypassswitches,isolatingswitches,loadtransferswitchesandtieswitches.TheseswitchesinteractwithotherfunctionalunitsoftheUPStomaintaincontinuityofloadpower.Thisstandarddoesnotrefertoconventionalmainsdistributionboards,rectifierinputswitchesord.c.switches(forexampleforbatteries,rectifieroutputorinverterinput,etc.),orUPSbasedonrotatingmachines.NOTE1-ThisstandardrecognizesthatthemajormarketusagewiththeUPSratingswithinitsscopeisinconjunctionwithinformationtechnologyequipment.Undercurrenttechnology,themajorityofUPSloadequipmentemployspowersupplieswhichpresentanon-linearloadtotheUPSandcanbetolerantofnon-sinusoidalvoltagewaveformsforalimitedtimeduration.UPSoutputratingsarespecifiedtobecompatiblewithnon-linearloadingandlinearloading,subjecttomanufacturers'declarationifdifferent.Referenceswithinthisstandardtolinearloadingareretainedfortestmethodreasons,orvalidationofmanufacturers'additionaldeclaration.NOTE2-ForuseofUPSwithanon-sinusoidaloutputvoltagewaveform,beyondthestored-energytimerecommendedinthisstandard,theagreementoftheloadequipmentmanufacturershouldbesought.NOTE3-ForUPSoutputfrequenciesotherthan50Hzor60Hz,performancespecificationissubjecttoagreementbetweenmanufacturerandpurchaser.ThisstandardisintendedtodefineacompleteuninterruptiblepowersystemintermsofitsperformanceandnotindividualUPSfunctionalunits.TheindividualUPSfunctionalunitsaredealtwithintheIECpublicationsreferredtointhebibliographygiveninannexI,whichapplyinsofarastheyarenotincontradictionwiththisstandard.
